The user declares that all information entered in the electronic forms corresponds to truthful and verifiable data. It is forbidden to hold multiple contractual positions or duplicate accounts belonging to the same person; violation entails immediate unilateral termination, profile deactivation, and precautionary blocking of registered balances to protect system integrity.

The use of the service is granted exclusively for private recreational purposes. It is explicitly forbidden to engage in manipulative activities such as the use of scripts or automated software (bots), the conscious exploitation of code defects or bugs, the use of economic resources derived from criminal activities, or any harassing behavior aimed at damaging or overloading the hosting infrastructure of 5Gringos.

Where applicable, deposit and withdrawal operations must be carried out exclusively through the use of traceable payment circuits indicated on the portal. We reserve the right to carry out security checks by requesting supporting documents to attest to the legitimate ownership of the financial instrument used. Outgoing transactions are subject to internal accounting controls. Any fees applied by network operators will be clearly highlighted to the user before order validation.

The user declares to be fully informed about the inherent risk of economic loss associated with the use of the services. The 5Gringos interface adopts software logic based on random generation algorithms and makes no promises, profit guarantees, or assurances regarding the achievement of constant winnings, financial gains, or predetermined outcomes. Any transaction is executed under the user's total and exclusive financial responsibility.

All written texts, graphic solutions, logos, site source code, and registered trademarks are protected by copyright laws and remain the property of 5Gringos. Copying, modification, or commercial dissemination without prior written consent is prohibited. The portal may contain hyperlinks to platforms managed by third parties; not exercising any oversight over such external resources, we disclaim all responsibility for the security of their systems or their data processing practices.

The service is provided in its current state, without guarantees of complete immunity from temporary network interruptions caused by extraordinary maintenance or force majeure events. Within the limits prescribed by Italian law, 5Gringos disclaims all liability for direct, indirect damages, willful misconduct, or commercial losses incurred as a consequence of the use or malfunction of the portal.

We reserve the inalienable right to provisionally suspend or permanently close the customer's contractual position in case of proven violation of the rules, fraudulent conduct, or in execution of binding orders issued by the competent judicial authority.

This commercial agreement is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. For any dispute concerning the interpretation, validity, or execution of this contract, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively attributed to the Court of Roma, Italy.
